Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5.99 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Rates and delivery times may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please review your shipping options at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or contact us for assistance.
Returns Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at cobrasupps@gmail.com or via our contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include your order number and reason for return in your request.
- Once approved, package the item securely and include the RMA number.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
